Class Act Sports LLC (“Class Act,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously.  This Privacy Policy addresses Class Act’s practices regarding information collected from Visitors of ClassActSports.com.

The websites and mobile application referenced above are hereinafter referred to, collectively, as the “Site”.

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of the Site. This information allows us to provide you with a customized and efficient experience.
