Shaquem Griffin might only have one hand, but that hasn’t stopped him from being a force on the defensive side of the ball.

Oh yeah, Griffin is, of course, a big reason why the UCF Knights have managed to go undefeated up until this point in the 2017 college football season. The Knights are 11-0 and ranked No. 14 in the College Football Playoff rankings entering this weekend.
