If you missed Game 2 of the 2017 World Series, then, well, that is a major bummer — because it was wild.
For starters, the Houston Astros and Los Angeles Dodgers played extra innings … and home runs were being dished out left and right, especially later in the game.
There were 5 combined extra-inning HR, the most in a postseason game. Previous record was 3 by Indians and Red Sox in Game 1 of 1995 ALDS.

The @Astros are the first team in MLB history to homer in the 9th, 10th and 11th inning of a postseason game.

The only thing that matters: George Springer hit a two-run homer in the 11th inning, and that ended up being enough for the Astros.
The series is now tied at one game apiece, and we can only hope the rest of the WS is just as exciting as Game 2 was … if that is even possible.
Final words: What. A. Game.
